There were several restaurants to choose from, perfect for those in need of a quick meal before heading to the airport or for business travelers with engagements in the area. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. the hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool and free airport shuttle service.
The staff's attitude could have been more welcoming and accommodating.

The main reason for me and my mother to stay there was to be close to Malpensa airport and the adequate price. Even though we had not expected a lot, hotel staff was very helpful and professional, room and bathroom were quite large and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant hotel was great, and we love the fact that it served until 22:30, which is a great advantage compared to other otels in Italy. Free shuttle to the airport was another appreciated service from the hotel.
I am not extremely picky on cleanliness of the hotel, but I have to admit that there was a long dark coloured hair on the bed sheet (underneath the cover), this was unexpected from a 4-star hotel. There is basically nothing to do around the hotel, even though we didn't need to go out, so keep in mind that you practically need a car to get there...

The staff were helpful and all spoke English. The room was very good, all amenities necessary including a hairdryer & toiletries. No English channel on the tv though! The buffet breakfast was superb, a huge range of food and drink. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, clean and tidy and with ample chairs & tables and sunloungers. The hotel provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport which has to be pre-booked but is very good. I would recommend that anyone stays here whether for business or for leisure, it is approximately 15 minutes drive from Malpensa airport and has no aircraft noise at all. I would definitely stay again.

Located close to the airport and convenient for business travelers. The shuttle service was reliable. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked with a good selection of food.
The hotel is a bit remote, so there are limited dining options nearby. The rooms were basic and not very soundproof - noise from adjoining rooms could be heard easily.

Excellent location. Rooms were wonderful, very clean and spacious. Staff was extremely curtious and helpful.
The airport shuttle was inconvient. It was the primary reason I booked this hotel, and the hours that it runs are infrequent and I had to wait a long time. Breakfast was very expensive

It was within 10 or 15 minutes to Malpensa airport but you could not hear any airplane or traffic noise. The rooms were very big and air conditioned.
The internet was down the entire time and I could not send important messages, print a boarding pass, or skype family for pickup in seattle. They said it was an intermittent problem due to a thunderstorm and their computers were down too. My impression of this hotel is that they have a good infrastructure, but need upgrades. All the hallway carpet was a stained red and needed replacement. The hallways smelled of mildew and smoke possibly since people opened the hallway doors and smoked at the entrances. The room smelled fine.

Hotel was located fairly close to the airport with a shuttle bus available. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and presented. the outdoor pool was a nice touch on a hot day.
The room felt outdated and in need of some renovations. the Wi-Fi was very expensive and slow, making it difficult to stay connected.

Clean comfortable room
Considering the price could have had more variety in international channels. Front desk girl not very welcoming or friendly. However the restaurant staff were very nice. Surprised you had to pay for WiFi considering so many places offer it free through Europe. Not much to do and I'm the middle of nowhere so you pretty much have no choice except to eat at the hotel restaurant

The room was quiet and reasonably comfortable.
No Fox News channel on the TV, only the the greatly biased CNN. The hotel was difficult to locate unless you know the route. I drove myself from the airport. Mobiles will not function for long stretches between MXP and the hotel (no signal). The hotel should not be identified as close to MXP. The breakfast was not ready by the published start time of 0630 except for very poor quality coffee and a few plain and stale suger-filled breads that I do not usually eat. I sat and waited. After 35 minutes the meat and egg dishes arrived. However, I had to depart to attend my business meetings and thus I left without eating. The early breakfast (as advertized on the website) was a key factor in my selection of this hotel.
